Motswari is in the north-eastern corner of South Africa, in Limpopo Province

Motswari Private Game Reserve is part of the Associated Privat Nature Reserves and is located on the western boundary of the Kruger National Park - they share a common, unfenced boundary

Motswari is located in the northern portion of the Timbavati Private Nature Reserve, and has access to close on 15,000ha of traversing in the Timbavati.  To the north, Motswari is bordered by the Umbabat Private Nature Reserve, while to the west, the Klaserie Private Nature Reserve is found.  The eastern boundary of the Timbavati is the Kruger National Park.  All of the nature reserves mentioned above have common, un-fenced boundaries, allowing for the free movement of animals.
